• A:Answer The Guidelines from the Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers recommends sitting at a distance where the screen fills up about 30° of your field of vision as a minimum for a good experience. They recommend a 'Mixed Usage Distance (30°)' of 8.2' (2.48 m) for a 60" screen and 8.9' (2.69 m) for a 65" screen. If you use your TV mostly for watching movies, you might benefit from sitting a bit closer to get a more theater-like and the SMPTE "reference" position for movie theaters and the THX recommendation is about 40°. The 'Recommended Cinema Distance (40°) is 6' (1.83 m) for a 60" screen and 6.5' (1.98 m) for a 65"screen. The minimum angle of vision works well for most usages though and sitting at a distance where the screen fills 30° of your horizontal field of view should be comfortable for most people...^IFV

Q: QuestionWe purchased this TV a couple months ago and use google Chromecast to cast apps that aren’t available such as HBOMAX (will this be available?) We have to unplug plug back in and reset WiFi, every time. Is this a universal issue? Can it be fixed?

Having to reset Wi-Fi for the LG 60 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (59.5'' Diag), Model # 60UM6900PUA when using Google Chromecast with the TV is not a universal issue and appears to be isolated to your Google Chromecast. We do not have reports on other media streaming devices having this issue. It may be that the Chromecast is losing the Wi-Fi connection when it is unplugged. We recommend that you reach out to Google for assistance. With regard to the availability of HBOMax, it is not currently available on our platform. However, we are continually working to add the latest streaming applications, such as HBO, but cannot provide a concrete timeline right now. In the meantime, you can access much of the HBO content through the Amazon Prime, YouTube TV or Apple TV+ apps that are available on our platform...^IFV

The LG 60 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (59.5'' Diag), Model # 60UM6900PUA has a VESA Wall Mount Interface Pattern of 300 x 300 mm so if your Sanus Wall Mount supports that pattern, you can use it to mount the TV. That Wall Mount Interface Pattern describes how far apart the VESA Mount Bolt holes are horizontally and how far apart they are vertically. The pattern has to be the same for the TV and the wall mount for the holes to align...^IFV
