- Answer According to the interwebs, PUA is WiSA certified and AUA is not. WiSA is a wireless speaker technology which is preferable and more compatible with newer sound systems. You're more likely to find the AUA versions for less money as a result. They are often sold at member warehouse stores.

QuestionThe picture quality is not a crisp and clear when watching TV through my cable provider, Comcast/Xfinity. Have others experienced the same problem? I had a far better picture quality with my 11 year old Panasonic Plasma TV.

- Answer Have you gone into the settings menu and turned on A1? It will set the controls for the best picture in your environment. It’s fantastic!!

- Answer No, the OLED65C2PUA only has an ATSC and Clear QAM TV tuner. Only the 2022 G2 and Z2 TV series will have the ATSC 3.0. ^Jennifer

QuestionThis will be used for gaming and sports. Room is moderately bright, will not be dark. Is the TV bright enough? What about screen burn in issues for static images such as sports/channel logos/scores and video game settings (health bar, mini maps etc)?

- Answer Tv will be plenty bright enough. Use the ISF Bright room setting- if available in game mode. I’m not a gamer so…. So far no burn in issues on mine. There are settings that move the image slightly to prevent it and also similar to plasma TVs a way to “wipe “ the screen if there is slight burn in. Amazing picture!

If you are encountering this issue with this LG - 65" Class C2 Series OLED evo 4K TV OLED65C2PUA, attempt to do the following; Power on your LG Smart TV, Access the Settings by pressing the Settings button on the remote, Go to All Settings, then select General, Select System and click on Additional Settings, Click on Home Settings, Turn off the toggle icon under Home Promotion. This will turn off the sponsored ads from your LG Smart TV home screen. Hope this information helps. ~Anthony

QuestionIf you have to view this TV from the side is it still a clear screen and not faded looking like a lot of big screen TVs.

- Answer It's much clearer from the side than any other TV I've had. When I'm in the kitchen and I hear something interesting from the den, I'll stare down the hall which is, at best, a 30 degree angle to the screen. That's a bad angle for sure, but it's as clear as when I look straight at it.
