I have the same issue with a new LG OLED55C model. I keep on getting a popup window saying additional setting is available for the set top box to work with the remote. It has three options: Accept, Decline, or Block. When I select Accept, it asks me for a pin, which no one seems to know, including LG. When I press Decline, the popup goes away then came within a few minutes. When Inpress Block, I will see the same pop up again within a few minutes.
