Short answer is, NO. LG CX does not have DTS support and does not passthrough DTS of any kind to your receiver or soundbar. You may always connect your source, DVD/Bluray/Console to the receiver and pass the video to the TV, but be careful with with PS5 and XBOX Series X, most of the receivers won't support advanced video functionalities such as ALLM, Freesync/G-Sync and 4K 120fps.

DTS 5.1 passthrough via digital optical capability means a TV can accept a DTS 5.1 signal from a source device, and then pass that along to the receiver over a digital optical cable. DTS is pretty much only found on DVDs and Blu-rays, so it’s only useful for those media. DTS:X via DTS-HD MA passthrough via HDMI eARC capability means a TV can accept a DTS:X signal from a source device, when DTS-HD MA is used as the carrier signal, and then pass that along to the receiver over an HDMI eARC (Enhanced ARC) connection. A DTS 5.1 signal is easily passed through the Optical Output or through the HDMI eARC on the LG CX 65 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # OLED65CXPUA...^IFV
