“How to resolve any HDR issue. It keeps popping up on the right hand corner when I am watching tv. The tv turns black for a few seconds and comes back normal. Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue ?”

Hi Des. We sincerely apologize for any issue that you are currently experiencing with your LG 65 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65UM6900PUA and for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please check your Picture Mode settings to see if the HDR Effect is set to on, Settings > Advanced Settings > Picture > Picture Mode Settings > Picture Mode > then scroll down to HDR Effect. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000...^IFV
