Yes! We have a DLEX9000V that we bought approximately a year ago. It has literally destroyed our good blouses. At first we thought that it was the zipper on another shirt, but even after removing that shirt, it was still snagging runs in everything. Yesterday I leaned down into the drum to look around and as I did, my hand was poked on something sharp. I ran my hand around the drum and there are actually burrs all over in it. Just to make sure I wasn't crazy,, I asked my daughter to check it....and she instantly caught a sharp metal burr that ripped her skin. Together, we've probably had about $500 worth of clothing completely destroyed. Tomorrow we'll be calling customer service for sure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have not had any problems with snagging.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had mine for about 2 months and no problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had this issue but snagging sounds as if there is a burr on the inside of the drum. I would ask the manufacturer to send a representative out to inspect the inside of the drum.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We regret to read that your LG - 7.3 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Ultralarge-Capacity Steam Electric Dryer in White, Model # DLEX5680W is snagging your clothes and apologize for it ruining your clothes. You may want to check the Lint Trap. If the lint hasn't been removed, it could not stay securely in place as a result and pop out so that the corners catch and snag your clothing. Check to make sure it is not cracked either as this will also cause it to snag your clothing. If this is not the issue, you may want to submit an online Service Repair Request at www.lg.com/us/support or contact an LG Call Representative at the LG Customer Interactive Center at (800) 243-0000...^IFV
