Hi Bernibookh. The LG 7.3 Cu. Ft. Electric Self-Cleaning Freestanding Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean® - Stainless Steel, Model # LDE4413ST does have a Proof function. Proofing does not operate when the oven is above 125 °F. Hot shows in the display. It is normal for the fan to operate during the Proof function...^IFV
