“I bought this dryer and they came to connect it. I tried to dry and it won’t heat up and dry my clothes. I paid for them to set it up but didn’t dry anything til now. What can I do to get it to dry? Everything turns on except no heat”

Hope you figured out this machine by now. We found just using the dial to 60 minutes dried our clothes; however, I must say after 30-45 minutes I'll stop it and pull out clothes that have dried. I then start up the machine again at 60 minutes and the clothes is dries within 30 minutes. So far we haven't tried the sensor dry features.
