The control panel has a temperature setting that could be changed to a warmer setting. If it is still not hot when drying, there probably is something else going on and should be checked out by a service technician. LG does have a customer service number and the machine does have a diagnostic feature that customer service can help you navigate. Good Luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are a good choice of optional settings that can be chosen. I find the choices are adequate. It is never good to over heat your clothes.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your interest in the LG Dryer (DLE8400WE) model. The dryer has a "Temp" button for choosing the drying temperature. Press it to switch between Cool, Low, Medium, and High settings. For best results, choose the "High" setting to ensure your clothes dry thoroughly and quickly.
