“A little confused. I thought I read the power cord is NOT included under the specifications tab, but in the question and answers section someone wrote that their dryer came with one. Mine is being delivered in 3 days and I didn't buy one.”

Hi Jake. Unlike Gas Dryers that come with a power attached, Electric Dryers do not come with an attached power cord. It has to be purchased separately. The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 7.3 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry - White, Model # DLE7300WE has its own terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60-hertz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line). 4-wire connection is required for all mobile and manufactured home installations, as well as all new construction after January 1, 1996, so you will need to use a 30-amp, 240-volt, 4-wire, UL-listed power cord with #10 AWG-minimum copper conductor and closed loop or forked terminals with upturned ends. A 3-wire connection is NOT permitted on new construction after January 1, 1996 or in areas where your local codes prohibit grounding through the neutral conductor or in new branch-circuit installations, mobile homes or in so you cannot use a recreational a 30-amp, 240-volt, 3-wire, UL-listed power cord with #10 AWG-minimum copper conductor and closed loop or forked terminals with upturned ends. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Purchased the washer and dryer, had both delivered on 7/1/2020, and they did not come with the power cord, drain hoses, or the vent hose. Those will need to be purchased and are specific to your setup ie. outlet etc. Also they will not set up using your own plug or vent hose during delivery. Something about liability. I had a brand new vent hose and drain hoses but they used the ones I had purchased from best buy just in case I needed them.
