QuestionWhen using steam the clothes are wet, and wrinkled. I am very disappointed. How do you unwrinkle clothes with the turbo steam fuction, should they still be wet and wrinkled when finished?

- Answer I have no issues with the steam function, The clothes need to be dry before you put them in for steam. if they're wet you will never get wrinkles out. Also make sure you have settings set to run longer.

QuestionHave this dryer in my basement. During the first use, noticed my basement had become very humid from the heat of the drying cycle. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm happy with how it functioned but concerned it can cause damage to drywall.

QuestionWe bought this dryer a year ago. We have always had a problem with the dryer finishing the cycle when drying bedding, but it is still damp. When starting it again it will only run for a few minutes then shuts off. Can you adjust the sensor so it will dry?

- Answer Hey, I've had some similar issues when I first got mine. Turn off energy saver and set the dryer from normal dry to very dry and that should do it. Also, can add more time if not. Good luck
