QuestionDo you need a water line hooked up for the LG steam dryer DLEX4000W or is there a reservoir fir the water? I did not get my delivery yet.

- Answer Yes you need to hook up the dryer to your water line for washer. So you need a separate short hose and a v type valve which splits the cold water to washer and dryer

QuestionHi we have the log sensor dry with turbo steam. After 4 years of use and a repairman coming out now 5 times we get every time a code that vent is blocked Is there a real problem if we reject the code?

- Answer Is your vent hose twisted at all between the dryer and the wall? We had the same problem. I had to convince the installer to shorten the hose and install it directly so it was straight on with no twists. Since then, 6 months, no “vent blocked” codes and all runs beautifully, fully dried loads.

- Answer The dryer has its own terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60Hz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line.) Electrical service for the dryer should be of the maximum rate voltage listed on the nameplate. Do not connect dryer to 110, 115, or 120 volt circuit. ^Daphane

QuestionHi, Does this dryer come with the accessories (hose and v valve) to connect the water for the steam function?

- Answer It did not come with mine. There were 3 additional hoses, vents, etc. that were required. Good thing about Best Buy is they automatically add it to your cart so you have exactly what you need so you don’t buy the wrong hookups. The 3 additional hose, etc. cost approx. $100. This is the steam hookup. Smart Choice - Steam Dryer Installation Kit - Stainless steel Model:5304495002 SKU:3762114 But again, if you add the dryer to your cart you should see the additional parts added so there is no guess work! Hope this helps!
