- Answer When your purchase a cord they come in three and four prong configuration. Chose the one for your outlet. The bar is 4 wire in the back red,black, white and green. Take a pic of your outlet and they will sell you the proper cord.

QuestionIt is advertised that you can do custom dry settings.... but mine won't allow me to change anything. How do you actually change a setting?

QuestionDoes the little orange nozzle at the top of the door seal rinse soap off the door and seal, most likely during the rinse cycle? Looking for water running directly down the door and seal outside of the 're circulation' during the wash/rinse cycle itself.

- Answer The dryer does not have the feature you are looking for. It does have a steam feature. Toss the shirt in the dryer, turn on TurboSteam and in just 10 minutes your shirt is back in tip-top shape. It also helps refresh fabrics and reduce wrinkles in half the time of other steam settings. QuestionWhere exactly is the exhaust vent? What part number is the side vent kit and where can I purchase it?

- Answer From the back side of the unit the vent hole is 3 3/4" from the bottom of the unit and 12 3/4" from the left side and 14 1/4" from the right side. From the right side of the unit the vent is 6 1/4" from the front of the door while closed and 3 3/4" from the edge of the front part of the cabinet. Your new dryer is configured to vent to the rear. It can also vent to the bottom or side (right-side venting is not available on gas models). An adapter kit, part number 383EEL9001B, may be purchased from your LG retailer. This kit contains duct components necessary to change the dryer vent location. ^CP
