- Answer From the settings app you can get most streaming channels and LG has their own streaming channels. Unfortunately and I don’t understand why it does not support HBO. To me that is absolutely crazy that you cannot watch HBO on this TV. Honestly this may have been a dealbreaker for me had I known. Because of the pandemic I was not able to return it and believe it or not the price went down by 50 bucks the day after it was delivered. The Work around someone posted on YouTube does not work he tells you to pretend you are from another country in the initial sign-up I tried it and not only did it not work but it caused me to have to redo my initial set up

Questionhave had the tv a week. LOVE IT! My husband messed with the remote and now the TV has no channels. HULU, netflix,etc... work fine, but when we pick TV, it says there are no channels. When we ask it to search for the channels, it comes up with nothing.

- Answer Are you using an antenna for the TV prgramming or are you getting your service from a cable provider on the LG 70 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV w/AI ThinQ® (69.5'' Diag), Model # 70UM7370PUA. The only thing that your husband may have changed with the remote is the input that your TV programming is coming through on the TV so you should be able to scroll through the different inputs to find the source. If you need further assistance, please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 and give them as much detail as possible about how your TV is connected to your service provider...^IFV

- Answer YES - I also purchased a second Magic remote (one for me and one for the wife) but only some of the buttons will work on the second remote. LG says that is the way it is. I really wanted two remotes but it's ok with just some of the buttons working. I can use it.

- Answer You don't need HDMI 2.1 cables with the LG 70 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV w/AI ThinQ® (69.5'' Diag), Model # 70UM7370PUA. It doesn't feature any HDMI 2.1 ports. HDMI 2.1 is a 48G cable which is about defining a new specification of an HDMI cable's speed, with so-called 48G cables offering 48Gbps bandwidth for sending uncompressed 8K video, with HDR, over a HDMI 2.1 cable. When you switch to the Optical Digital Audio Out, are your experiencing any audio dropouts or does this only happen with devices connected with the HDMI cables you have connected to them. Try using Ultra High Speed cables to see if that doesn't resolve the audio dropout issues. If that persists, please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for troubleshooting assistance...^IFV
