- Answer 73 has a smarter remote, with "magic" pointer wand, mic & scroll wheel. My wife doesn't like it. The 69 has the basic remote.

QuestionWe bought this TV yesterday. Installed this morning, and there are vertical lines showing on the screen. I thought it might be a cable issue from the laptop to the TV, but the lines are still present when the laptop is disconnected. Please advise.

- Answer Yes. You can pair a Bluetooth headset with the tv under sound options. Update the firmware first. Note that if you turn off the headset the speakers will immediately active. Turn the tv sound down first.
