with the sk8y soundbar, you can adjust the rear volume by using the levels control. hit the equalizer button on the remote until the R appears in the soundbar led (past treble, woofer, etc). Here you can adjust the rear volume up and down.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I pair my SPK8 with the SL5Y. I found the volume you get out of the rear speakers depends on your soundbar audio setting. I had the DTS Virtual X setting on initially as it gives you a more submersible audio experience if you dont have surround sound. Now that I have the surround I found that the bass blast setting as opposed to DTS gives far superior surround sound audio. So my answer to you is two fold: yes the rear speaker settings should be raised on the sound bar BUT ALSO try toggling through different audio settings and listen to the difference! I bet one works a lot better than the others :) Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was dissapointed with the rear speaker volume too. I found out it was moreless caused by the "Movie" mode. After I switched to some other, typically ASC which I prefer, the volume improved instantly. Check it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On the remote press rear+
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The volume of the rear speakers is not able to be independently adjusted. They adjust with the volume of the soundbar. The only adjustment that can be made is by turning surround mode on or off. ^CP
