- Answer The mount the TV comes with is flush. You can use any mount that meets VESA Mount interface pattern 300 x 300 (W x H) standard. ^Daphane

QuestionI am interested in the Gallery lg g1 77 inch tv. If I flush mount it with the mount it comes with, how do i move it if i need to add or change cables/streaming stick etc at a later date? I am confused as Daphne said tv cannot be moved in another Q.here

- Answer You can use the flush mount to swivel the TV. It will pull it away from the wall enough to add additional cabling as needed. ^Daphane

QuestionHi guys - we’d like to buy the 77” but use the legs to sit it on a tv cabinet. Do you know what the gap would be underneath the tv? We have a Sonos Playbase that is 2.28” (H) that would sit underneath. Will we have space? Thanks

QuestionDoes this TV come with a glass screen as the C1? If so, how does the glass screen work with sunlight reflections? In other words, does the room need to be dark in order for this tv to look its best?

- Answer As far as I know, it is a glass screen similar to the C1. However, in reviews, it received top scores with how it handles screen reflectivity and I have mine mounted in a bright room with huge windows opposite the TV and the vibrant picture does drown out reflections where they're not distracting. When it's off, you will see lots of reflections just because it's a black glossy screen. Also, I had an LED TV prior, and this OLED is def bright enough even in my bright room with lots of sunny windows.

QuestionI am considering the G1 for a wall approx 18 ft away from seat. BUT, the mounting would be off center from the seat. Does the included mount swivel and if so, approximately how many degrees or how much? Need between 10-20 degrees is my guess.

- Answer Actually, you can have the OLED77G1 at an angle to the wall with one edge against the wall and the other edge can be several inches out from wall to act like a swivel using the included wall mounting bracket. I have this TV and I have wall mounted it with the included mount. The mount has a limited range of "pull out" from the wall, maybe about 12" on one edge if the other edge is all the way in then the far edge can pull out farther due to the 6-bar linkage design of the mount. Having this feature allows some access to the back of the tv to allow plugging in extra cables for example. Using the OLED77G1 width dimension (67.74"), that puts the max angle to be Arcsin(12/67.74)= ~10 degrees to the wall. I would say the farther the tv is out from the wall the more stress that puts on the mounting components and wall itself, so you need to be sure your wall mount installation is rock solid to do this.

- Answer Everything is included and the mount is a real piece of engineering. The TV is essentially flush on the wall and using the Gallery Mode is incredible. That said, this cannot be your first install (or second). You will need a receptacle on the wall as well as your TV inputs. It's not REAL heavy but it is a 2 man job. Good Luck, it will be worth it!

QuestionThe installer told me there was no way to make both sides of the TV flush with the wall. The reason he gave were all the wires between the tv and the Legrande wire concealment kit used in the installation. This does not seem accurate. Can anyone explain?

- Answer Don't know which Legrand box you have but your installer is probably not correct. This tv requires fairly precise placement of the in wall concealment box, power cable/outlet, and the signal wires coming out of the wall. Here's a link to last year's template. This years model should be close. https://www.lg.com/us/PDF/Gallery_Series_Mechanical_Drawings_v4.pdf You can find this years version here: https://lgus.csod.com/client/lgus/default.aspx You have to register for a free account to access. A large 12" box is best if you can fit it between the studs. Wires have to be routed inside the channel cutout and cable guides on the back of the TV and each input wire (HDMI 1-4, network and coax) should have a different length protruding from the wall to precisely match the location of the input on the back of the TV. I spent several hours measuring my setup before I called the installer because I knew they wouldn't get it right. If you have the Best Buy SKU:1501144 Legrand box, I would suggest reinstalling with a larger box like the Peerless (BB SKU:2580073) if having the TV totally flat against the wall is important. Still really important to measure the distance for each input cable though and ensure there is just enough protruding from the wall. Power outlet placement is also important but using the Peerless you can mount it facing up in the box. Hope this helps.

QuestionHow difficult is it to get the TV off the included mount? I may be moving in 5-6 months. Is it worth hanging and then taking it down to move? Or should I just buy a stand until I know that I am staying in same location? I plan to pay an installer. Thanks

QuestionIs the estimated annual operating cost really $313.00 US dollars for the 77 G1? Because that is alot more compared to the step down series of C1 77 of $38.00 US dollars.

QuestionWhen mounted flush against a wall, how much space is between the back of the TV & the wall? I'm trying to determine if the cable concealment kit I got (which has covers that stick out 0.5in from the wall) will cause the TV to not be as flush as possible.

- Answer While the TV mount allows the TV to be flush, it doesn't have to be. The mount allows you to leave as much of a gap as you need.

- Answer Yes, the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty is 1 year from the date of original retail purchase on parts and labor. There is an exception on the OLED display years 2-5 from the date of original retail purchase, part only. ^Daphane

QuestionI have the TV but the VESA holes on the TV are not aligned. When I try to install the mounting bars from my EchoGear EGLF2, the TV mounts aren't vertical. In fact the top screw is not aligned with the bottom screw hole. Help?
