That number is a "per hour" amount. If you want a reasonably accurate cost you need to have a look at your electricity bills. Some companies give you a total annual consumption amount with you bill that covers to December 31. So... add up your total electricity cost for each of 12 months. It doesn't have to be January to December as long as it's 12 consecutive months. Divide the total cost by the total KWh consumed in 12 months. That will give you your cost for 1KWh (1,000 watts). Then divide your cost for 1 KWh by 1,000 and multiply the answer by 265. That will give you your average cost to watch the TV for one hour. Determine how many hours per week you watch TV and multiply that by your average cost per hour. That gives you cost per week. Multiply that by 52 for your yearly cost.
