It does NOT - and ignore anything else that says it does. The MLA technology is actually very significant, and immediately noticeable between the 77 and 83 G3s side-by-side in the store. So much so that my wife (who normally does not care about such things) commented how she could definitely see the difference, and if we wanted the 83 we should WAIT until the panels are available (which kindof shocked me). Honestly, LG should not be including the 83" under the G3 line without MLA...and certainly not at the price point they are. I think it is very misleading. Imagine spending big bucks to get the best top-of-the-line car only to find it is missing an important feature that exists in all the less expensive models. MLA is definitely worth it. Go see it in person.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I terms of better brightness it's measured against the B3. This brightness increase isn't measured from the G2 series. It's only supposed to be only 30 % brighter on the 83" panel. It's brighter because the processor is newer and upgraded to the A9 Gen 6. Classy Tech's opinion is it has software enhancements over the G2. LG doesn't claim this. Most of the G3 Series videos are on the 55",65"&77".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The G3 does not have the MLA panel. It is only available on the smaller size displays.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The LG G3 83 inch doesn't have the MLA( meta) panel , it only comes in sizes 55,65,and 77 per LG Display.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does but does not get as bright as the other G3 sizes.
