QuestionDo I need to worry about burn in with this TV? I am installing it in a board room and during some meetings will have a logo displayed for upwards of an hour.

- Answer Burn-in and image retention are possible on virtually any display. Most cases of burn-in in televisions is a result of static images or on-screen elements displaying on the screen uninterrupted for many hours or days at a time – with brightness typically at peak levels. So, it is possible to create image retention in almost any display if one really tries hard enough. And even if image retention does occur from extreme usage, it can usually be mitigated within a short period of time by turning the display off for a while, and watching a few hours of varying content. ^Daphane

QuestionI purchased this tv a few months ago and mounted in on a wall. We recently moved and are now setting the TV on a stand. I threw away the screw for the legs and are wondering what kind of screws are used for the legs.

QuestionCan I hook up a laptop to mirror as well as a bluetooth speaker at the same time? This would be for enhanced sound for a meeting. Thanks in advance.

- Answer Sure, but remember your laptop's graphic card with be driving both the laptop screen AND the input for 4K. Anything graphics intensive may see lagging. I ONLY know this because I forgot to consider this type setup for my architectural, AND 3D CAD programs... Have at least a 2070 card. For simply a meeting, you should be good. If you have problems, try adjusting resolution. (Not sure if you can with your set?!).

- Answer ARC is HDMI 3. Make the connection and then go to sound settings and select sound output to HDMI ARC.

QuestionShould I get this or spend $700 more & get the Nanocell? Someone told me they have own both & there's no big difference in picture quality except the Nanocell is about a 1/2 inch smaller all around despite being in the 86 class & I did verify that

The only difference is in the color of the stand legs and bezels. Model # 86UN8570PUC has dark grey legs & bezels and Model # 86UN8570AUD has grey legs and bezels...^IFV

- Answer TVs do not come with TV Channels built-in. They have to be tuned into the TV. When you connect an antenna to the LG UHD 85 Series 86 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV with AI ThinQ® (85.6'' Diag), Model # 86UN8570PUC, you can intiate the Auto Tuning function to find and add channels that are currently being broadcast while you are searching for channels to add. How many channels and what channels the TV receives will be determined by the strength of the antenna you have that is connected to the TV and depending on your proximity from the broadcast towers in your area. The Auto Tuning function automatically searches and remembers channels that are available for viewing. If the Antenna or Cable is not connected properly, channels are not added. You can also use the Manual Tuning function to adjust channels manually and save the results. You can check the signal strength of digital broadcasts...^IFV
