“Does it come with a soft roller for hard floor?”

• LG sorely needs to bring back the soft roller brush. The universal brush is average, at best, on hard floors.

• No, it does not come with the soft roll head. I bought this model thinking it came with that head (thanks to the pics on the Best Buy product page). LG lists this head on their website as costing $99, but I haven't found it on any sites for under $200.

• There is only one roller, per my experience it does not scratch the floor.

• Yes it absolutely does. It comes with 2 different brush heads one is a multi tool for carpet and hardwood and the other is a soft roller brush head designed specifically for hardwood. As a bonus you also get a 3rd smaller head named the power punch and thats used for vacuuming upholstery.
