Hello there! Thank you for reaching out with your question about the LG LRFLC2706S French 3-Door Refrigerator. We understand your concern about the 1/2 inch gap between the French doors and the left door being slightly lower than the right. A small gap between the doors can be normal, especially if it's due to the natural settling or alignment after delivery. However, if the doors are properly sealing and functioning well, the gap is likely not a major issue. Regarding the left door being a bit lower than the right, this can usually be adjusted. You can level the refrigerator by adjusting the door alignment. There are typically adjustable screws located at the bottom of the door that allow you to raise or lower the door slightly to match the right door. https://www.lg.com/us/refrigerators/lg-lrflc2706s-french-3-door-refrigerator#pdp_specs We understand your situation, and if you would like more specific guidance on how to make these adjustments, or if you feel the issue persists, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport. Our team will be happy to walk you through the process or assist with any further concerns. Thank you for your patience! —Renzo
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The doors should be adjusted because you are likely loosing airtightness. Also they may get worse with time. Refrigerator is of good quality, however, the service by best Buy leaves a lot to be desired.
