• A:Answer Not sure what exactly the LG tech is stating here. She provided a very convoluted answer. I own is the FLEX and can confirm 100% that any curve setting greater than the 0% flat setting will reset back to flat whenever the TV is turned off. When it is powered back on, the curve setting is resumed. This is the standard feature of this TV and there is currently no work around. If you want the TV to keep a specific curved setting without going back to the flat position, you will have to keep the TV powered on at all times. Hopefully a future firmware update can fix this. LG has yet to explain why it's necessary to reset the TV back to a flat position whenever the TV is powered off.

Q: QuestionI would like to know if the “Lg Oled Flex” model number 42LX3QPUA can be mounted on a desk with a monitor arm please make sure because I asked LG Support spealists and they said it cannot but than I ask you guys u say yes it can just please make sure

• A:Answer No, the FLEX cannot be mounted separately using a monitor arm. The TV unit itself is integrated into a heavy desk stand and can't be separated. You may want to consider the LG C2 42" as an alternative solution as that TV comes with a VESA mount adapter and can be mounted onto a monitor arm.

Q: QuestionQuestion for LGAnswers: Are there plans to make a version of the Flex with LG's latest 48" OLED panels? My recommendation would be to make one with a place for someone to install add-on LED strips on the back vs. having them built in (to save cost).

Q: QuestionHow do you get the built in gaming mic to work? I've tried pressing the button on the stand and set TV Microphone to "In use On PC" and my PC does not show it in inputs. Also tried it on my PS5 and same issue.

• A:Answer If your microphone isn't detected after updating Windows 10, you may need to give your apps permission to use it. To let apps access the microphone, select Start ,then select Settings > Privacy > Microphone . Select Change, then turn on Allow apps to access your microphone. ~Tanisha

Q: QuestionWell I finally bought one. And you can not set it at a curved position and leave it there when you turn it off. It goes flat every time turned off and in standby. It doesn't go to sleep like a regular monitor. It puts up a wall paper for 10 minutes
