QuestionI see that the advertisement is $7/mo as an upgrade on Sprint. When I am about to check out, I read that the Sprint contract is for $25/mo. The fine print of the offer is a $192 discount and a $18/mo bill credit.

- Answer Yes that is how it was explained....You will recieve a credit of 18.00 monthly starting on your 2nd bill after purchase. I still have not seen credit since it's only been a month but hoping to to see on my next bill.

- Answer Sprint has decided not to carry any of the other color options that are available. The LG G7 Plus (128g) did not release in the USA. This version is not available with any US carriers. ^CP

- Answer The U.S. standard for charging is 120V. Our recommendation is to use an adapter with a transformer to convert the voltage. ^CP

QuestionHow does the GPS (Waze) work on this phone (LG G7)? I have a samsung s6 on the sprint network and it started to malfunction a couple of months ago . Everthing else on the phone works fine.

- Answer I've had the G7 for about 2 months now. I use the GPS on a weekly basis and have had no issues with it so far. I primarily use Google Maps for nav, but have used Waze a few times and haven't noticed any drops in coverage or interruptions in navigation. The only time it's dropped on me is when I've driven through tunnels, which is understandable.

- Answer If you liked the G6, go for the G7! Best buy has great price for it! I just upgraded from G5 to the G7. It does everything I need and more. This phone is underrated!

- Answer It doesnt tell him what the code is for. Just text him to text you the code and say you need to change the services on his line or something to switch him to a cheaper service.

- Answer Yes it does. Also supports fast wireless charging. You will need a thinner case to make it easier but does work with thicker ones also. Just needs to be positioned much more on target.

- Answer If you did the "Monthly Installment" plan and not the Lease Plan, yes you will own the phone after 24 months. I have done this several times with my phones purchased through Best Buy. Not sure how you got it so cheap though. Mine is the $7 a month installment plan and it will come to $168 after 24 months.

- Answer I believe the $7.00 a month is for ALL customers. When you are in the process of purchasing it asks if it is a new line or an upgrade. It usually states very clearly if it is for new lines only. I haven't received my first statement since the purchase but I am pretty sure it will be $7.00 a month. When the item was still in my cart before checking out it stated: " $7.00/mo. for 24 months after $192.00 Best Buy instant discount and $18.00/mo. Sprint bill credit for 24 mos; 0% APR. Bill credits begin within 1-2 cycles. Bill credits end when balance is paid. Line must remain in good standing." I hope this was helpful!
