To assist you further, please follow these steps: First, deactivate Webroot on your old computer by opening Webroot SecureAnywhere, clicking on the gear icon next to "My Account," and selecting "Manage Keycodes." Next, click "Deactivate" next to the keycode you wish to transfer. Then, install Webroot on your new computer by visiting the Webroot website, logging in to your account, and clicking on "Download Now." Follow the installation instructions and enter your keycode when prompted. If you encounter any issues during this process, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport.
