- Answer On its product page on the company site, https://www.lg.com/us/laptops/lg-14T990-UAAS8U1-ultra-slim-laptop, The Specifications for the LG gram 14” 2-in-1 Ultra-Lightweight Laptop with Intel® Core™ i7 processor and Wacom Pen, Model # 14T990-U.AAS8U1 list the memory as 16GB DDR4 2400MHz - 8 GB x 1 (On Board) - 8 GB x 1 and the hard drive as M.2 2280 SSD (Solid State Drive) with a SATA3 interface. The second slot for RAM can be replaced with 16GB for a total of 24GB and the M.2 interface is designed to use either legacy SATA mode or the newer PCI-Express modes...^IFV

QuestionDoes the pen get stored in the unit? And how does it draw power (rechargeable)?

- Answer Hello, there is no storage space on the unit. The pen operates on one “AAA” battery and it is not rechargeable. ^AC

QuestionDoes anyone else have issues with heating with this item? Brand new and just running Microsoft Edge, I can feel portions of the keyboard becoming warm when using it at my desk.

QuestionHi, I heard from the reviews that LG Gram 14 2 in 1 is delivering very thin and weak audio. Is the audio sufficient for a medium size room? Is the audio, at least, louder than iphone/Samsung Note? Thanks.

- Answer No the audio on this laptop sucks. I have to put it at 100 just to hear anything and if you turn it into tablet mode you can giveup hearing anything from it because they put the speakers on the bottom! Who puts the speakers on the bottom of a laptop?

- Answer It has one 8GB stick soldered to the motherboard and a 8GB stick in the SoDIMM slot. It can accept a 16GB stick in the slot, to give you 24GB. As far as I know, that's the maximum allowable RAM.

- Answer If you mean a extra SSD yes it has 2 slots and will accept a second drive. I do not know if one terabyte or two. But it is made for two drives.
