After looking up the compatibility requirements for Q-Link on line and looked up the settings on my LG K8. The phone is an IMEI which is compatible with Q-Link.

I sent it to family members in Africa. It works very well there All phones that work with AT&T carriers work fine in Africa.

The unlocked LG K8 is listed as compatible with GSM carriers, including AT&T and T-Mobile. It is also compatible with GSM SIM Kits, including Cricket Wireless, Tracfone, Net10, H2O, AT&T Prepaid and Simple Mobile. Q-Link is not listed as compatible. Please check with the carrier directly to ensure compatibility. ^CP
