QuestionWhat "pre-installed" apps come on this particular model "LG -KB 2018 with 16GB (unlocked)" ?? Is there "Bloatware" installed that uses a lot of memory and power and can't be uninstalled or at least un-enabled, like Samsung locked phones ?

- Answer I do not have a list of pre-installed apps and whether they can be disabled or uninstalled. Usable memory varies depending on software versions and settings; at most 9.32GB for K8®(2018). ^Daphane

QuestionThe charging port on this phone according to the specs is a micro USB; what size is the connector at the opposite end of the cable? The connector which plugs into the phone's charger? I might need to buy another cable later which is why I'm asking.

QuestionCan I get a refund if I buy this phone and then can't connect it to my carrier? (The carrier says any GSM unlocked phone should be ok but I've read other purchasers' reviews claiming they couldn't connect to their carrier of choice)

- Answer If you do it at the store, because the phone is unlocked , you can choose between a couple carriers. You get the cheaper price for the phone because Best Buy is getting a kickback from the carrier. Sometimes they only have deals with certain carriers. If you're in an area and can get a better deal online, pay the extra without activation price. I ordered from a carrier before I purchased the phone. Whenever you buy an unlocked phone there is no SIM card. Best to know ahead of time what carrier you want.
