There are a few different reasons why items on BestBuy.com might only be available for home delivery: 1) They may be an online-only items 2) They may not be carried at stores in your area 3) Store inventory levels may have fallen below the threshold required to allow store pickup 4) The item may be special order and ultimately fulfilled by/shipped from the manufacturer If you do not wish to have a product shipped to your home, then you may wish to speak with an appliance specialist at your local store for assistance -- in-store reps are sometimes able to order items on BestBuy.com for store delivery, with the exception of Marketplace items and special orders.
