• Yes. The stand is held on with two phillips-head screws. The stand does not come attached in the box, you have to attach it yourself.

• yes very easy, and outlined in the install/quick start instructions. I used a gas articulating arm with a standard 100x100 vesa pattern in my setup

• yes super easy, and i used an articulating gas arm instead so I have full motion control of the monitor both in landscape and portrait rotation
