Yeah, mine died in a little over a year. LG will cover part but not the $200 labor to fix it. Don't waste your money. Go buy a new one in a different brand!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most often it is a diode not the magnetron, and cost less than $10 and simple to replace but research the safe way to do it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Return it for a replacement, it has a warranty for such cases.

NeoChef™ Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter and EasyClean®, Model # LMC0975ST turns on but will not heat and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If your microwave oven doesn't heat, you may have a problem with the magnetron. This component is part of the high voltage circuit and provides the microwaves that generate the heat. If the magnetron is defective, the unit may blow a fuse, or you may still have all other functions operating normally. The unit will require a service repair. You can contact our Support Representatives at (800) 243-0000 for assistance making arrangements to have it repaired or visit us at https://www.lg.com/us/support/find-service-center to find an LG Authorized Service Center near you that you can contact...^IFV
