- Answer This phone does have WIFI capabilities and yes, you can use SafeLink as your service carrier as well. Any TracFone is SafeLink compatible as well. Good Luck!

QuestionI currently have a TracFone with 8k minutes available (obviously had it for a number of years and rarely use it). Can I leave some minutes on my old phone and transfer some to the new phone?

- Answer Hi. This is Janet from TracFone Wireless. Unfortunately, it would not be possible. The transfer process is system generated and all the available minutes and remaining service days will be transferred as a whole.

QuestionI ordered a Samsung J7 crown because I’ve heard that it has a great camera. But I am so frustrated with it. I was compatible with my LG Treasure, but was told I had to upgrade by the end of the year. IWill the LG Premier Pro is an upgrade that works ?

- Answer I went directly to Best Buy for my phone, so I don't know how long you will have to wait for your phone. Then I calle TracFone and they transferrd everything over for me.
