Yes; you may need to set it to a low fan setting to keep noise down. If you set it on auto and it needs to filter a lot, the fan might interrupt your sleep (but hopefully you are not in a hotel where the air is that dirty). Also, you may need to keep it plugged in so that the battery doesn't drain overnight.
