Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know. Do you have your ringtone on or is it set on vibrate? Most phones will not ring if the phone is set on vibrate. I have a song as my ringtone and the song always plays when someone is calling me. So check if it is on vibrate, then check if you have the ringtone set in the highest volume. If this doesn't work then ask Best Buy Geek squad to take a look at it.
