Hmmmm. That’s a good question. I will say we’ve had this washer a month and have owned previous LG front loaders and didn’t like them bc of the mold around the door. So far so good. And this is huge inside. We’ve washed rugs etc and this thing really cleans well! Best so far. This replaced a top of the line whirlpool top loader that was terrible at washing. No go on top loaders without the old agitator to the top. They are worthless. Also have this LG machine connected to my iPhone - gives alerts when done - you can start it remotely. So far so good
