ALL service is India or the Philippines.... so you have to do a lot of asking them to repeat and repeat and also try to interpret what they are saying. Also have to repeat yourself a lot. BUT the price is good. It used to be 35 a month and now is 50 a month for unlimited everything.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've been a Virgin Mobile customer for at least 10 years. I can say that their customer service is much better than Tracfone, because I used to be a Tracfone user. I have the unlimited calling and texting with 2.5 GB of data for only $35 a month. This plan is inexpensive and is perfect for me. If you use a lot of data it might not be for you, but I must say I've never ran out of data in a months time. For me, 2.5 GB of data is a lot to use in a month. I bought my LG Stylo 3 at BestBuy for around $135.00 including tax. It's a $180 phone on-sale for $129. $50 off is pretty good. In fact, it was better than the deal Virgin Mobile had on their website. If you're currently using a Tracfone, you won't be disappointed if you upgrade to Virgin Mobile and this phone. One thing I would suggest is that you take a look at Virgin's coverage map prior to signing up. I don't know where you live, but If you live someplace where LTE is limited or there is no LTE coverage you may want to reconsider. There 3G is very slow. It's probably not a concern though, since you're successfully using a Tracfone where you are.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the customer service is great they always try to get you a right answer to your questions... the plan that I have is a $35 mthly an it uses phone, txt,an data. there are phones that are $20 and there are plans that go down to $20 but if you want phone txt an data then you will have to go with a $30 plan.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unlimited talk text & data is $35 a month. That gives you 5gb of high speed 4g data. If you reach 5gb of data it slows to 3g at no extra charge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had Virgin Mobile for close to 10 years now. My unlimited everything plan is $39 a month after taxes, but there is a cap on the high speed data. I haven't had to contact customer service in years, because everything is so easy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Always had excellent customer service lowest costs per month $35, its a great deal
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The CS is very inconsistent various answers for the same question each time to speak to a representative. I use the self help most of the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As far as customer service, I have not ever had a problem. As far as service, it far exceeds the display coverage map. I went to vacation in Mexico and still used it without roaming. As far as cost, I pay 35 a month for unlimited everything. The only two downfalls I can think of are that you have to buy your phone straight out, and while its unlimited the speed does slow down at 2.5 gigs. But really it hardly noticeable. You can also pay more to not have that happen. But the main pro to this whole thing is that its good service with NO contract. I have been using them for 10 years now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have an older plan, but pay $35 per month for unlimited everything!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Virgin Mobile customer service is great. The monthly cost depends on your plan. My plan is 35 dollars per month with unlimited talk, text, and 5 gigs of data. I am online quite a bit with my job, and have never exceeded the data limit. There is a 45 dollar a month plan that allows for not only unlimited talk and text, but 10 gigs of data. If someone needs unlimited data there is a 60 dollar a month plan. I've been a Virgin Mobile customer for many years and have always been very satisfied with their service.
