Q: QuestionI have the HBS-850 headset. People I talk to complain that I sound muffled and volume is very low. I can hear them fine. Any ideas, do I have a defective set?

• A:Answer No... I have the same issue but I noticed when I let the mic hang more over my shoulder people tend to hear me better...not a technical answer but it's what I got

• A:Answer Regrettably, at least one pair of the earbuds that were included accessories with the LG TONE Active™ Premium Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-850 should have fit and the only fix would be to find earbuds from an electronic retailer that sells replacement earbuds of a different size. The earbuds that LG makes for the Tone Series Bluetooth Headsets are all the same...^IFV

Q: QuestionHaving an issue with the signal reception while playing music other headsets never had this issue. While in back pocket and headset is paired talking on phone via Bluetooth connection signal is intermittent. Same applies with music.

• A:Answer I've noticed That the the left ear goes out on the blue set and the right ear goes out on the Orange. I don't really believe it's factory defect exactly just because since people are right handed and stone are left handed so it may also have something small to do with it, but the speakers are connected by a thin wire still, and when they retract they most likely twist up doing so.
