I am frustrated after purchasing this LG tone FP9. constantly disconnected - sometime one earbud sometime both .I do not have time for tech support. Need a product that works !! Better buy apple next time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had my FP9's for about 3-4 months (Received as a gift/comp). The right stopped working about 2 weeks ago for no reason! Contacted LG to get tech support and/or a warranty exchange... no Bueno! LG does not stand behind its warranty! Refuses to fix or replace the defective item as I do not have a receipt. This is poor business and telling of what they may do if you have a warranty concern on something larger... Their tech support states to "factory reset" the earbuds.. 1. disconnect/forget the buds from your device. 2. place both in the case/doc/etc at the same time 3. within 5 seconds, hold both "buttons" and hold for at least 10 seconds. Watch for the led to change blinking from blue fast, to blue slow, to red fast, to green fast, to blue fast. 4. you are now ready to reconnect to your device 5. this "should" fix the problem and reengage the audio for both earbuds. SIDE NOTE - THIS DID NOT WORK FOR ME Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Happened to me today I fixed it by deleting the lg tone free, re-installing it and gave it permission to whatever it was asking for and this fixed it for me, I tried doing the resetting method people said it and it never fixed my right side earbud hopefully this method helps instead.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should be able to hear through both buds except when on a call, and then only the left ear. Try pairing the right earbud separately after the master (the left one) is connected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is correct but I used mine when I viewed Showbox and both worked for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you unpair the device and re-start pairing and only pair the MASTER identity of the device your audio issues should subside. Only the LEFT earbud has a microphone. The RIGHT one is just there to ADD stereo when available through A2DP/APTX protocol.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
