This worked for my FN6’s when the left earphone stopped working. The app showed it as disconnected and blue light did not come on when it was put in the case. Try taking both earphones out of the case and leave the lid open to let the batteries totally discharge (I left mine for a week or more to be certain). Then simply put them back in the case shut the lid and put it on charge again until fully charged. After this both blue lights illuminated in the case and both earphones worked normally again.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue, so I called LG support and they had me forget the device, turn the phone off, turn the phone back on again, and then reconnect the headphones and that worked for me. Hope this helps!
