A:Answer My Friend, you would have to read the paperwork that came in the box with the LG 900. But your "BETTER BET" would have been to purchase [if you bought them from Best Buy,] the Geek Squad Protection for (either) $14.00 or $16.00 dollars. Then when it does break, stop working completely, or one of the functions stop working, you take it back to Best Buy and they WILL give you a "Brand New Out-the-Box {but still in the new box} set of LG 900's. Only thing I though was kinda' wrong [but you would have to do it] is when you get the new pair you have to pay for another Protection Plan. But, do the math, if you bought it originally for, say, $129.99 {or got it on a Best Buy sale} and you got it quickly and expeditiously replaced because you paid only $16.00 for the Protection Plan, then in reality my Friend, after the first pair, any other replacements - which will be new, still in the original box - will only cost you your pre-paid Protection Plan amount of $16.00 for another set of the $129.99 LG900's .... and doing the Math on THAT is a smiling no-brainer. As the old adage goes: "It is better to be prepared and an event does NOT happen, then NOT BE PREPARED and THAT event DOES HAPPEN." Especially when it comes to Ya' music!!! \ LS
