My Friend, you would have to read the paperwork that came in the box with the LG 900. But your "BETTER BET" would have been to purchase [if you bought them from Best Buy,] the Geek Squad Protection for (either) $14.00 or $16.00 dollars. Then when it does break, stop working completely, or one of the functions stop working, you take it back to Best Buy and they WILL give you a "Brand New Out-the-Box {but still in the new box} set of LG 900's. Only thing I though was kinda' wrong [but you would have to do it] is when you get the new pair you have to pay for another Protection Plan. But, do the math, if you bought it originally for, say, $129.99 {or got it on a Best Buy sale} and you got it quickly and expeditiously replaced because you paid only $16.00 for the Protection Plan, then in reality my Friend, after the first pair, any other replacements - which will be new, still in the original box - will only cost you your pre-paid Protection Plan amount of $16.00 for another set of the $129.99 LG900's .... and doing the Math on THAT is a smiling no-brainer. As the old adage goes: "It is better to be prepared and an event does NOT happen, then NOT BE PREPARED and THAT event DOES HAPPEN." Especially when it comes to Ya' music!!! \ LS
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should. When I worked at Best Buy, I remember that a majority of manufacturers had a 1yr warranty. I would recommend taking it to your local Best Buy and see if they can do anything. If not, they can tell you at least what you need to do.

If the cause for the headset not working is not "an accident due to an act of god" or misuse or excessive wear and tear as described in the terms of warranty then it should be covered under warranty. You will need to send the headset in for them to be inspected and either repaired or replaced according to those terms.
