If the left channel is defective and has no physical damage to it, you can contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for assistance as described in the warranty section of the owner's manual that came with the headset...^IFV

Please try again later.That's because there's a defect in the earpiece...try to get your money back...if not you have to go through the manufacturer ...which is a hassle...I hope you bought the extended warranty through best buy...if not ALWAYS do so in the future...it's a lot easier dealing with them!
