- Answer Yes, the time is set in the front and easy to read. Some times are pre-set and other times are based on the option and weight.

QuestionHi I would like to know if this model has the led light in the washer. I'm trying to decide on this model vs the wm4370 which seems to be $60 more and I'm not sure what the difference is besides one extra cycle and a light?!

QuestionIs the pedestal necessary? Can the machines be easily used without it?

- Answer No they are not necessary. However they do bring up the washer and dryer so you don't have to bend over as much when loading or unloading. We didn't purchase them because we have cabinets above them and we fold clothes on top of them. With the pedestals we wouldn't have enough room to fold clothes on top.

QuestionDoes this washer integrate with Amazon Alexa or IFTTT? I know it has smart diagnose and it says it can download modes from the phone (does it have an App to monitor it?)? I read some smart washers can trigger through alexa an alert.

- Answer It doesn't have Wi-Fi connectivity just an NFC tag so it doesn't do IFTTT or Alexa

QuestionI just received my brand new hours old LG washer. I noticed after the washer is done and I open the door that it is dripping a lot of water from this orange valve that’s on top of the boot/gasket.

- Answer That is definitely not right! You have probably checked the obvious (like is the cycle complete, etc) so, were I you, I would get on the phone to Best Buy and get them out to your house ASAP and fix/replace it!

Ultra Large Capacity High Efficiency Front Load Washer with Steam Technology in Graphite Steel, Model # WM3770HWA, has 3/4" connectors on the hoses for the hot and cold water inlet valves that have to be connected a water supply. The water supply pressure must be between 20 psi and 120 psi {138-827 kPA}. A pressure reducing valve must be installed if the water supply pressure is more than 120 psi, so you will need to check on the specifications for your tankless water heater and check that it has the appropriate connections...^IFV

QuestionI have an LG WM377OHVA, there is an orange plastic (button) on top of the black seal. Does anyone know what this is for, water is dripping from it and I do not know what to do with it. Thank you!
