It should be just a quick download from LG's site. But as far as I know the software will install itself when you plug in the drive.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I installed the drive on my Windows 7 Dell laptop, the LG DVD external drive installed without the need for additional drivers. The LG website does have drivers if you are using a different OS/version.
