Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If hooked up to a PC you can set the refresh rate in your Display Properties on your PC. Make sure you select 1920x1080 setting under the PC Resolution section, not the Ultra HD< HD< SD section. The proper selection should say 1920x1080 (native). If you have a console Like the Nintendo Switch, etc, then that will be why you are only getting 60 Hz. Most consoles are locked at 60 Hz so even with a high refresh rate monitor such as this one, you will not see more then 60 Hz refresh rate.
