If hooked up to a PC you can set the refresh rate in your Display Properties on your PC. Make sure you select 1920x1080 setting under the PC Resolution section, not the Ultra HD< HD< SD section. The proper selection should say 1920x1080 (native). If you have a console Like the Nintendo Switch, etc, then that will be why you are only getting 60 Hz. Most consoles are locked at 60 Hz so even with a high refresh rate monitor such as this one, you will not see more then 60 Hz refresh rate.

I'm wondering the same thing is supposed to be 144hz and it only shows 60hz.
