Hi there, Char. Thank you for reaching out. We understand your interest in adjusting the resolution of your LG 27GS93QE-B Gaming Monitor. The monitor's native resolution is 2560 x 1440 (1440p), but you can indeed adjust the resolution to 1080p (1920 x 1080) through your computer's display settings or the monitor's on-screen menu. Keep in mind that 1080p may not take full advantage of the monitor's high resolution and pixel density, so you might not experience the same sharpness and clarity as with 1440p. For best results, we recommend using the native resolution for optimal picture quality and performance. However, if you prefer to use 1080p, you should be able to switch it based on your preference. https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-27gs93qe-b-gaming-monitor#pdp_specs Please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to assist you further if needed. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This monitor cannot be set from settings, from whatever source you are using you might be able to, depends on if its a PS, PC or something else.

I do it in games sometimes for more performance and to test how it looks. Can look blurry in the distance for games set at 1080p but not every game looks that way. Some look okay.
