Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there! Thank you for your inquiry about the 45GR95QE-B.AUS monitor. The green dot you’re seeing may actually be a built-in crosshair feature designed for FPS games. Please check the settings to see if it's enabled, and disable it if so. If it’s not related to the crosshair, keep in mind that the monitor has a break-in period, which means the picture quality can improve with regular use. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are 2 cleaning options. On the remote press the button with the box and an underline under the circular direction pad. Do image cleaning and pixel cleaning in any order. This may resolve your problem. If this does not resolve the issue, I would return it. This OLED panel is different from a regular monitor and it requires extra care. It also will get weird artifacts that go away with regular maintenance. For me i can slight changes in color that look like bars and inconsostent colors giving a watery effect. These are both minor and hard enough to see that i cant show it in a picture. My display does the cleaning routines automatically every day so it is not a problem yet. I am concerned for how long my ridiculously extensive monitor will last, but i hope for the best. It is absolutely the most beautiful display i have ever had.
