Questiondoes the V-30 or the V30+ have the dual sim slots.... (1) is it consumer cellular compatible and (2) are they the dual sim card variety.(one for CSs sim and the other for expanded memory). Could you advise us of your thoughts please.

- Answer Hello, the V30 and V30+ can be purchased as an unlocked device and will work with most any network. Since the units sold in the USA are not for international use, they do not have a Dual SIM card slot, however, they do have a Sim Card slot and a MicroSD Card slot for additional memory. ^AC

QuestionYour site states that this unlocked model does not support any CDMA carrier or its variants. Why offer this phone, which natively supports both GSM and CDMA networks straight out of the manufacturer only in its GSM carrier variant? Makes no sense!

- Answer As far as I know this phone WILL work on verizon but they will give you a hard time activating it. If you already have a nano-sim from your old phone you should be able to put it in and it will work. https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-v30/help/unlocked-v30-verizon-bands-t3714011

- Answer LG V30 is designed with Video Recording in Mind. 4K video works best on U3 microSD cards. Slower U1 cards are good for 1080P recording. If you don't do a ton of video, you may want to select a different phone. The LG V30 is good for creative recorders, but only OK on making photos, as the lens and camera is geared to recording motion video.

- Answer The sound is very loud, or very soft - it doesn't have a strong mid-level range of volume. But you can crank it up fairly loud, and if you are using ear buds or headphones, it has excellent sound from it's headphone / microphone jack. Reportedly this is one of the best sounding wired phones still in production, since Apple discarded the headphone jack.

- Answer If you are buying your very first smart phone, you might want to start off with a cheaper phone - such as a Moto or Samsung, with pay as you go plan. Once you get used to what you really want to do with your phone, then you can pick a more expensive model later. Starting off with a $700 phone first choice might be disappointing. All Android phones share simliar features, and usually only very in camera photo, sound, storage and screen features.
