Contact Lifeproof sounds like you should get a warranty replacement. It is an issue with the membrane covering the mic.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I take 95% of my calls via Bluetooth (I recommend that) however the few times I did not use Bluetooth I had no issues. The person could hear me just fine via speaker or handset. Your issue is common with these cases though. That's why I just use Bluetooth for phone calls!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sound quality is garbage with the case. I am returning it to BB today because nobody can hear me unless I am on bluetooth (which drops constantly) or on a headset.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The sound quality is a lot better than the previous models. It's still muffled. But it's a lot clearer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a 6s plus with the life proof case and the sound is just as good as all the other cases. No problem hearing!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My family could not hear me when I called them or answered with the Lifeproof case applied. Lucky I have an Apple Watch and used that to talk to people. But yes it is waterproof for underwater footage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also loved my life proof case on my 5S. When I upgraded to an iPhone 6S Plus, I bought another lifeproof case. It was horrible!!!! Nobody could understand what I was saying and I could not hear them clearly. The sounds were very muffled. I would need to have my phone on speaker to carry on a conversation. Very disappointed!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had no problems with the sound quality
