If your not sure if its still working, test it without your phone in it. Take your phone out using a quarter to pry it open where.the indented slots are. Push it back together and test it in a sink full of water. Place something heavy on it so its fully immersed. then open it again and see if any water got in. When you put your phone back in make sure it clicks down all the way.

I submitted a warranty when the face of the case warped and they sent a replacement. You will need to supply the purchase date, serial #'s on the inside of the cases and a photo of the issue to get a replacement.

If you get them wrong just go back and do it again until you get them all correct. The questions are about how to maintain and care for the case.

Put something on it to keep it under water. If it leeks contact the company to see if they are willing to replace it. My daughter was able to have hers replaced.
